I suggest you get a copy of the book, One Hour Orgasm. It explains how to build up (peaking) to a more intense level of arousal and that in turn brings a longer, stronger orgasm. It also explains how to do a hand job that will make him harder and how to keep a woman simply humming.

I assume that your thread was directed for my attention and not that of Theresa. Over the years I have read many books on the subject of orgasm techniques but not this book. I was aware of the publication but thought it would not have techniques any better then those my husband and I practice.
Since we are searching for the Ultimate Orgasm I think I should get a copy for comparisons. Thanks for your reply and suggestion.

Our Orgasms

This for the benefit of all members requesting that I post our techniques. So far no one has pledged to share techniques with me. So I have decided to just post and share.

I am pleased to describe in detail what my husband and I are now doing so that others may benefit from our experience. When we were much younger we enjoyed the usual, common foreplay leading to intercourse and our orgasms. But, as we got older we felt that we had to be more creative and find newer ways to get more sexually stimulated resulting in better orgasms. So my post covers our current technique that allows us both to have even stronger, intense orgasms.

We both shower and apply perfumery bath oils and powder all over our bodies. We then just sit down often nude and relax with a few glasses of our favorite wine. When we both get a glow and feel a sex urge, we get into our bed and I lay on back and my husband gives a lingering kiss on my mouth and then starts to slide his tongue around my neck my armpits, breasts, nipples, and all around my stomach and groin areas. I could describe it as a tongue bath. He slides his tongue on my inner thigh areas and then, slides his tongue up and down from my anal area to my vagina. I can tell that he gets excited when doing this as my excitement builds. When he lies on his back he likes to have me slide my tongue around his stomach area and his inner thigh areas. I slide my tongue up and down his testicles and up and down the sides of his penis. Believe it or not he never wanted me to put his penis in my mouth.
Then he positions himself over me with his head between my legs and with my head between his legs. We have very slender vibrators and after applying a lubricant, I insert one into his anus until the tip touches his prostrate gland. By practice I have found how far to insert the vibrator until he feels it touching his gland. I turn it on to a low speed.
He inserts the lubricated vibrator into my vagina until it is practically all the way in. By experiment he has found the depth of insertion that feels good to me. He turns it on to a low speed. Because we have found that it is not too comfortable for him to stay positioned over me he rolls over sideways up against large pillows. In this position his head is inside my legs and I have my head between his and we both are in a comfortable position. This takes some practice to find the comfortable positions. He places his mouth over my clit area and with a sucking action pulls my clit area up and down. With action of the vibrator and this sucking I’m well on my way to an orgasm. At the same time I run my tongue up and down the under side of his penis and dart my tongue in and out on the under tip side at the rim of his penis. Often when the orgasm is intense I get so excited that I put my mouth over his penis and move up and down until he ejaculates. My orgasm is even stronger when I feel the warmth of his semen in my mouth. We both reach strong orgasms about the same time. After my orgasm I usually shake all over for several minutes and cry just like I did when we were younger. He tells me that he doesn’t want me to put his penis in my mouth while he is ejaculating but sometimes I can’t help it. We seldom have intercourse any more and are quite addictive to our current technique.

I hope that this description of our sexual activity will give you an option to consider so both you and your partner can experience stronger orgasms. Granted, it is not for everyone but is worth a good try. One might wonder why did I go into so much detail in describing our technique. The answer is that any interested couple could eliminate some parts of our activity and include their own. This is the reason why I am interested in exchanging sex techniques.
