There are different ways of defining orgasm. The good folks at Welcomed Consensus say it's whenever your genitals feel better that the rest of your body. But the intense experience most of us think of as an orgasm creates waves of muscle spasms. They come in all levels from the mini orgasm to the OMG orgasm that leaves you trembling and tingling.
I can often get a mini while doing kegels. While I don't recommend them for regular use, because they can reduce your sensitivity and responsiveness, a vibrator and some lube on and around your clit will probably get you there. Once you know what it feels like and how it feels as it's building up, you can switch to just using your hands. Have fun!Comment
