My boyfriend causally brought up the idea of a threesome after her saw an article i hd read about guys sex fantasies. If the sex life is good already, I wouldn't mess with it.

A third person can add some element of excitement, but inevitably will also add negative/weird feelings.

I can't say I haven't had this fantasy myself. Assuming my wife was into it, I don't know that I would go through with it for all the reasons mentioned above.
