The way I always saw it, size only matters when you're talking about it, not in the bedroom. Like HD, I've never bothered measuring my bf's penis. I don't even know how it compares to other men's, really. I don't care. It satisfies me, and that's what's important. I suppose saying that, yes size does matter. If you're getting absolutely nothing from him, or if sex hurts, then it becomes an issue. I think though, that the push for bigger is better is part of that instinctive urge to reproduce. A larger penis reaches closer to the cervix, bringing the semen that much closer to the eggs. So the body naturally reacts to seeing someone well proportioned.

Size does matter to a point. I found it is easier to have a bit more to work with. I have also dealt with a guy who was huge and clue less so I ended up injured. The middle ground is best. Which I've actually had the same comments from guys about my breast size. I've had several boyfriends complain about girlfriends who had huge breasts and comment on girls having unappealing small breasts. Most of the guys I've been with at least actually prefer something in the middle. Society just likes the "more is better" policy. Everything in this country is that way. In the media skinnier is better until it reaches the point of looking sickly. I quit showing animals because people would concentrate on one aspect of their body shape or color and take it to the extreme until the animals suffered health problems from it. Eventually people realize they've gone too far and so they start looking for and breeding animals that are the opposite until the last show I saw they were swinging too far the other way and causing the opposite problems. I don't know if it's only our society or human nature but everything has to be taken to the extreme when it comes to appearance of anything. Even when majority of the people will admit they prefer something in between or average provided you can get them away from their friends or groupies long enough to stop the brain washing or attempts to impress each other.

Okay, penis size, is a controversial topic.
However, im a firm believer in size doesnt matter.
My man, is not what most would say is "well-endowed" but he is the first man i have ever had an orgasm with, and I continue to have them with him. Just because he isn't the largest size doesnt mean he is inadequate. He knows what he is doing, and we explored each other first, He was secure enough in himself to ask me to show him my g-spot. And everytime we have sex, its mind-blowing. not because he's huge but because he knows how to use his penis.

Psychology Today ran a survey of almost 1000 women and in their study about 25% of women didn't care at all about penis size and about 33% considered it to matter only mildly. However, approximately 10% considered it important and approximately 33% considered to moderately important.

So if the matters not and matters mildly are clumped together, and the important and moderately important are clumped together, then on a practical level it can be said that about half of women care and about half of women don't care even though the mildly and don't care totaled up to a slightly higher percentage, as not all women are 100% honest about this subject and feel a need gto sugarcoat it so I would definitely take some percentage away from the mildly/not at all side and put it on the other side. Take this thread for instance, there have been several posters who contradicted themself in their post. So a 50 - 50 split amongs women is pretty close to the truth. It's not wonder that the debate rages on. Guys are getting all kinds of signals from women.

Size doesn't matter articles are skewed. They typically talk about the clitoris and g spot as the be all to the mechanics of sex. Those articles typically state that the deeper walls don't have as many nerves and try to put forth that fewer nerves means it doesn't count at all. They try to make it seem as though only a long penis can bang into the cervix and make no mention that the cervix tilts mostly out of the way when a women is fully aroused/expanded/elasticated. Even short penises can reach a cervix if she hasn't had time to expand. Once she has expanded the cervix is completely, or almost completely, out of the way. (Yes, there are a small percentage of women who's cervix isn't set quite right and therefore more prone to getting nailed. And positions can also play a role.). Those articles don't bring up that there are women who speak of 'deep area' sensation. The deep area sensation can be the posterior fornix, and/or the cul de sac. The posterior fornix is located very close to the posterior (bottom) wall. The cul de sac isn't in the vagina though, it's located between the bottom wall and the anal canal. Contact with the cul de sac requires a women to be fully aroused/elasticated and the penis long enough to push the bottom wall to it. Generally speaking doggy style is the best position for penis depth and angle for this to occur, if he is long enough. The playing field isn't just the first few inches. Sure, good sex can be had with just the first few inches, but it's not the entire picture.

those results from the survey dont really show anything. your assuming those woman who deeply care about penis size all want big ones. woman come in different sizes just like men do and those woman who deeply care for it or more likely looking for something that matches theirs ( then again u also have to count the number of those woman who are masochist)

as far as the cul da sac is concern the way its describe something only a select few women would have ( just like only a few men out of the majority have a penis of 7.5 inches or >)
it would be a cruel joke of nature for all woman to have something only a few guys could hit.

Read all four pages and not just the summary chart at the end and it's clear size was involved.
All women have a cul de sac. Some women go bezerk from it, some make no mention of it. Granted, the cul de sac remains in a cloud of controversy. The posterior fornix less so.
Nature doesn't always consistently follow a seemingly logical mechanical course. It's a bit chaotic.

The cul de sac is technically known as the Pouch of Douglas. I should have mentioned that.

Me, personally, I think if a man wants to make sure his s.o enjoys sex... its not in the size of his penis, or even the way he works it. Its in how he treats his lady in and out of the bedroom.

If he is considerate and giving, makes her feel loved and sexy, desired and wanted. Special... if he makes her feel like she is the only woman in the world sometimes... he will unleash a new dimension to their sexual compatibility. For most of us... sex and foreplay starts in our minds.

When we are in love and into someone so deeply, and trust them and feel comfortable, confident, sexy and secure.. the sex is NEVER better.

We'll tell you what feels good and what we like because we know you are listening and you care in relationships like the one above, we'll listen to your needs and desire to satisfy you because of how happy we feel.

Penis size is no where near as relevent to good sex as chemistry and instense emotions.

itr appears to me that indication in this thread is that penis size matters to you but on the other hand isn't important to you. From what I'm reading in your postings in this thread you aren't a size queen but you also aren't someone it makes no difference to either. So you are either in the group of women it matters to moderately or are you in the group of women it matters mildly to. It seems to me you care moderately but keep finding ways to try and downplay it to mildly. I'm not sure if you are doing this for guys who might be reading and/or trying to convince yourself. I'm pretty good at comprehension of what I read, college having me at a 99% rating on such. Nothing personal, many women throw some sugar onto their words.

Oh I am really not trying to make anyone feel better about their size or sugar coating or anything - its a woman site with mostly woman readers and my boyfriend doesn't read it lol. I am just saying what I feel. I am completely honest in the fact that an above average sized penis is visually stimulating to me. But also honest in the fact that it does nothing in the way of satisfying me like the emotional connection that gets to me orgasmville.

Men look at woman's bodies on naked porn sites all the time, and while they may prefer and be satisfied with the girl next door... they will J/O to the human blow up doll with inflated boobs and lips sometimes, and thats just the way it is. Do they need a girl to have EEE breasts and a fake and bake tan to orgasm, probably not. Do they sometimes get turned on by that, ugh yeah they do.
