it's simply a matter of self control..men know when they are about to come..just pausing any movement for 15 or 20 seconds should slow things down..it basically comes down to 2 things..either he is a premature ejactulator (and needs medical help)or he is concerned only about his own pleasure..
some experts tell men when orgasm is approaching to think about work or sports..keep mind off the sex for a minute or so..
so ladies if you hear your SO suddenly mutter "slide willie slide", it's for your benefit..

        Smegma...

You asked/posed the question re the above.

It's not severe premature ejaculation in fact I have experienced this and in truth, it's great, helps the excitement as you feel he is excited but it is not, premature ejaculation google.

I heard a therapist on the radio say there is no such thing as premature ejaculation, orgasm will happen when it's inevitable. It's only premature if one partner stops trying to please the other before s/he has had enough.

So he needs to know how to please you without his erection. If he ejaculates and then works on you orally for while, you may climax one or two times and by then maybe he'll be ready to try again.

Also, why do insist on peeling his foreskin off his glans? Just work the skin tube while it's over the glans. My husband calls that a very luxurious massage.

Lastly, does he use his hands on your vulva during intercourse. He can learn to ease off in time to forestall his orgasm, but that can be a mood breaker for you, so he needs to learn to keep your excitement level up with his hands when he stops the motion of his penis.

I have been dating my boyfriend for almost 2 years and need some advice.

He penis is uncircumcised and he ejaculates very quickly. It has turned into a serious problem for us. He is in his late 20's.

As soon as he gets a full erection I prefer to pull his foreskin back all the way. (personal preference)
I think your problem starts there. Have you explored what he likes? Heaven knows, we get fed up with guys trying to give us the kind of sex they think we ought to want. Well, sauce for the goose....

As soon as I have his foreskin pulled between half way back and all the way back he will usually start ejaculating. ( less than 2 seconds) Other times once I have pulled it all the way back he can last about 1-2 minutes as long as the foreskin doesnt slide up and down over the head.

He also gets smegma build up on the head of his penis , which more recently has forced me to give him handjobs with his foreskin left up. (for hygeine reasons) I dont like the way it feels or looks with it up, but its cleaner for me ...
Deal with that before you start having sex. Have a shower together, or a bubble bath, and give it a good playing with that "just happens" to get the (mild) soap and water into every wrinkle.

... and he is able to last closer to a minute this way.
Again if the foreskin slips even half way back he starts ejaculating.
Ask him to show you how he plays with himself, watch and learn. It wouldn't surprise me from your description that he's someone who plays by pulling his foreskin forward. IF so, that is how you will have to play with him.

It seems the only way I can get him to last a few minutes is to pull his foreskin and shaft skin back very tightly with one hand so it doesnt move... like how tight it normally is on a circumsized penis. (All my previous boyfreinds and partners were Circumcised)
And it sounds like you're judging him by them. Don't. They're not the same and their condition is not one that he aspires to.

It sounds like you secretly wish he was circumcised. It wouldn't help his rate of ejaculation and it wouldn't help your relationship. If you can't be with the thang you love, love the thang you're with.

I had some same exact problem with my BF. He would cum almost instantly as soon as there was penetration, and he actually avoided sexual contact with me (and I'm an attractive woman). He didnt even wanna talk about it, it really put a strain on our relationship. I did some research on premature ejaculation and found that its an easily treatable problem.

I found a site that taught him to how to control his ejaculatory reflex. Now he can last 15 minutes! It's really made us alot closer, and he feels alot more manly now lol. Talk to your guy about the problem It helped me and Mark maybe it can help you too.

                      Premature what...???

Mmmmm....just love those male responds...hee heee...!

                      Alexa...hi,

First issues first...circumcism...! If men didn't need it, then why did God put it there in the first place...? In ancient times certain tribes began circumcision as a hygiene necessity because of a lack of cleansing water in the arrid climate zones. Then it became a religious rite for some sects and is now in decline...

So what is the purpose for the foreskin...? Well, as we girls sometimes produce less lubricant, especially as we grow past our peak years, the foreskin acts a sliding (lubricant) shield to prevent tearing of the thin membrane wall of our vaginal tunnel during vigorous sexual activities... Yeppers, guys, the end of that foreskin should go inside too...remember that...! It also is a protective shield for the sensitive glans of the penis head, protecting it from scuffing from clothing of modern times and, of ancient times, from the coarse sweaty salts of the men's thighs when they wore only loin cloths... Mmmmm...do love my men in loins...SIGH !

So then, unless that foreskin is one that is choking his toy, leave it alone...he needs it...you need it...!

Smegma...? Was mentioned correctly...is normal...BUT BUT BUT... With improper hygiene and diet, smegma can be foul smelling and foul tasting and that's just the first factor...it can also be infectious beyond expectations quite seriously and even to the extent of an eye disease...that is very true...!

Your man needs some serious lessons in personal hygiene as it appears he has no idea of what he is putting inside your private places <----, especially oral...perhaps you both do...

Diet plays a very strong part of taste and odour of smegma, pre-cum and ejaculate sperm, so make that a considerate factor for both you and your man...

You...? You said "all of my other boyfriends"...this sort of bothers me and I do hope your situations are with extreme caution...

Pre-mature ejaculation is really quite common, Alexa, but just not something those sexy guys want to brag about... As someone mentioned, you have given little detail about your man. Age and activities play a strong role of a man's performance as his sexual drive is dependent upon his availability of hormones, not sperm. A man can have emotional sexual drives, as like a fantasy, anytime, but his performance depends upon his hormonal drive...

I am sure the guys here are in a better position than me or any girl here to explain the momment of ejaculation while yet my own experience with my hubby at some times has been that ejaculation is not an issue but erection IS the issue. My stud-man held his erection thru several of my orgasms when we were youngest of kids and now he is in decline...well, I am too but won't tell him that...WINK !

I think the guys here have the best answers to approach but also feel you must seek ways to have his erection lasting or re-newing more quickly and there are many enhancers available without the use of viagra o cialis... If your man turns cold after his ejaculation then you can be sure he has an emotional problem which will grow worse over time and eventually destroy your relationship...

Meanwhile, if that toy is not absolutely clean and witthout foul odour...evacuate the premises and no oral or even a hand jobby. He has a responsibility to you to protect you from disease and discomfort so don't settle for less...the price is too great a risk...

                      I wish you success, Alexa...
