I would say it is not safe to use handle of the brush. You can get a bad infection. I would defetnetly use a condom or something like that. You use it in your hair, it lies arround on the coutner falls on the floor and you probably use products in your hair liek mousse and spray net.... I don't think your vagina would like these chemicals in it. I would stop using the handle of my brush. Find some other means of pleasuring yourself. This can be harmfull. The air is nothing to be scared of... -
Actually, I am always very careful about using the brush handle. I clean out the brush part and wash the handle with rubbing alcohol, then some mild soap and warm water before AND after I use it (and I clean it for around a minute with both the alcohol and the soap/water). I never use mousse or sprays in my hair (because my hair always looks nasty if I use those), and I always keep it on a clean surface.
But you're probably right. I don't think I'll be using the brush again.Go big or go home!

Air embolisms are caused by forcing air into the vagina such as a guy blowing while he's down on you trying to make you queef. The amount of air that little hole in the brush brings in isn't anything to worry about. The fact that you clean it like you do and given that it works for you, i'd stick with it.Comment

Why would someone WANT you to queef? It's embarassing.
Anyway, I think I also discovered the reason I was cramping yesterday and today. I looked through my planner and my period is supposed to come either this week or next week. It also explains why I'm so worried too; about five days to a week before I start my period, my hypochondria seems to spike for some reason...Go big or go home!

It's still sort of strange to me. I think I've only ever done it once, and I was so embarrassed I couldn't continue. It didn't help that the guy was a jerk and kept asking me if I farted on him. You can bet THAT relationship didn't last long...
Anyway, here's hoping I'm fine, right? ha ha.Go big or go home!

When you feel comfortable and have the money you can purchase all the sex toys you want--lol! Until then, just do what the others said and make sure it's clean. There are people out there who use much more than brush handles to masterbate, so I really don't think it's that strange.Thank you, nightqueen. I really appreciate that. ^^
If I had some extra money, though, I would be inclined to purchase something proper for this sort of thing, but without a summer job, money is fairly tight. Oh well; maybe it's something to invest in a little further down the road.
Just take care of yourself and have fun!Comment

I use to have to be very creative in my "dildo" selections when I had the same living situation as you. I like to use my fingers but every now and then I wanted to feel something with a little bit more ... mmph to it haha.
I've used the brush handle... and just about any smooth phallic shaped househould object I could get my hands on.
The things to worry about using anything sharp that could tear, that is one way where dangerous air can come into play. I'm not going to go on to list all the various things I've tried in the past for a dildo effect... but I can assure you, I am a creative girl haha.Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.Comment
