To me, yes. Because it's almost like having intercourse while on top. Someone mentioned above that in this position, you can feel the penis against the vaginal wall.

Another reason I prefer to be on top, is because I have more control. I don't much like being the dominant one, but when I'm on top, it turns around and I am in control.
