It depends on how important it is to him and how much you dislike it. If it is just something he would sort-of like and you really hate, then don't. But if it is something he really really wants and it isn't too bad, then he will really appreciate it if you do. From your post it sounds like he is willing to do things that you like. (if not I'd be saying something completely different).

People have various - fetishes might be the right word. Things they really want, even if they can't exactly say why. Within reason I think it is good to satisfy your lover's desires - and have them do the same for you.

After some time you may find that you don't mind very much, and you may find that he looses interest once his fantasy is fufilled a few times.

Otherwise if it is the one thing he can't have, it may gnaw at him - take on an importance way out of scale with what it should really mean to him or to you.

I agree with Coreys comment that because "he" does all that you want, sometimes we have to compromise.

      However:-

I feel like I have to do that to earn him. I dunno....I feel like he'll leave me soon if I don't do that.
You don't have to earn anyone. Just because his ex wife didn't doesn't mean that he left her for that reason to start with... Most, guys in-love, will accept 3/4's of what they are after, after all they are not pigs and selfish right?

If you feel he will leave you because you say no to this, but give him other things and him you, you would have to really question that love between you, would you not?

As, I said, communication is a good thing... Compromise... Tell him you accept it on your stomach, but you do not like, will never like it on your face, you've tried it, and you didn't like it...

Look at your life with him overall.

If it's happy, if there is laughter, if you get on well, do things together, have great intimacy, sex, talk to him and communicate over other things that may be a real turn on, like being tied up, or naked in the woods against a tree... Surely this isn't the make or break of a relationship.

Your open to things, just not that.

If he walks only because of that, "I would say" your better of personally.

Do you swallow too? Does he really need to change his diet and add some fruits for this? If I'll do this, I don't want to swallow them, I'd spit them out but the biggest turn on for him is that to see how I swallow them.

We have a very colorful sex life. I'm just stuck on this part. He could come into my mouth but I'd rather not to swallow them but he wants me to.

For example, I love when he cums inside of me. That's the biggest turn on for me. He keeps saying that he does that for me most of the time even though he doesn't want me to get pregnant(me neither) and finds it risky and he would be so happy if I'd do what he wants too. But they're not the same. To me, every guy likes to cum inside of their girls but I don't think every girl likes to swallow their guys' cum. Or am I wrong?

Meh, as far as the guy cumming inside a woman, you're probably right.....however, I've yet to encounter a female who was completely opposed to swallowing. Guess i've been lucky.

I'm not sure what his big deal is about him wanting you to swallow? I actually don't like it when the girl swallows when I'm still in her mouth...I'd rather her collect it in her mouth while i'm ejaculating so i'm not getting a throat or teeth closed on me.

I will swallow, but would actually rather not. Maybe this is a way you can compromise. Tell him you'll do it, but don't want to swallow. Or, is there something you really want him to do? Then you can trade off favors.

Find out what part really matters to him. Maybe swallowing isn't important, just finishing you your mouth.

BTW: Don't try to rationalize why he wants what he wants. People's liking of sexual things isn't rational - and shouldn't be.

Be sure to ask him for anything you would like
