It's weird how people turn out to be sometimes. Part of the reason i'm taking a break from the whole relationship thing actually, even though I get some grief from my friends about being 25 and single, like i'm on some time limit lol.

To a degree, there is so much pressure when you decide to follow a stereotype, it's a rare person that keeps any of their own values. It happens of course, but not to often. When I was younger it took me awhile to figure out that the individual was more often then not much more than they ever show. Considering that I myself typically wear a rather stoic look on my face, many have told me that i'm unapproachable, and are surprise that once they get me talking I am actually quite easy going.

i have some pics of exs, and even some of people i never really got too involved with (even if I wanted to). each person keeps them for a different reason. some for me is about keeping a bit of history, but some is also that i still have feelings for them in one way or another. there had to have been something that attracted us to each other and started the relationship regardless of how it turned out and whether or not you are still speaking with them or not. i think some of us still have lingering feelings for others, even if things ended badly.Hmm, I honestly don't know about that one. In my case the three breakups that i've had have all been "bad" so we totally cut ties. That being said I couldn't understand why someone would keep the photos of an ex. In my opinion part of moving on is letting go. But like Dr Mansview mentioned, for some it could just be an issue of keeping bits of your history.
and i am sure that for others it is just the perv reasons that they keep pics, especially if they are suggestive in nature.Comment

buy him a nice bottle of wine or champagne, a scented candle, some bubble bath, and make him a card with "admit one" written on it. enjoy a nice romantic bubble bath together and give him the soft back rub in the tub that he'll probably go nuts over!.a christmas present question, i cant really think of a present for my fella for christmas. i even asked him what he wanted - he said a back rub, which i give hime all the time. so i thought some massage oils and a voucher for unlimited back rubs for 2010, is this too lame or is it sweet? be honest now, everyone.Comment

Agreed.
What's even worse is how you can think someone is so amazing and understanding until the thought of financial gain or social status or easy living comes to mind and they refuse to continue the relationship unless the aforementioned is involved.
At least you can give sex- and it doesn't cost you anything.
We always have the power to choose, though, now don't we?

We do have the power to choose.
Although sex can cost emotionally, even though it doesn't actually cost. But guilt is the worst thing to have to live with.
I've come to the conclusion,Good relationships are hard to come by,typically at my age. Maybe I should just stay single til I'm 25.
