My dw's new favorite position seems to be in the swimming pool, the two of us face to face, standing, with her legs around me, in water deep enough that we're nearly weightless.
We've splashed a lot of water out of the pool that way!

there is more than likely not "one preferred position" for women, but better yet, a varrying array of personal favorite positions had by a vast majority of women.

Doggie is my personal favorite.
