That I definitely agree with. I wonder with men though if it's because society seems to put such a negative face on being gay or a bisexual man while more accepting to being lesbian or a bisexual woman (at least in the West...in the East most all non-hetero is shunned by the elders in society though the younger ones deal with it far better and more open)?

I agree with a lot of the replies in here - it does seem that the majority of women were/are bi at one time. (Maybe it's all the advertising that is directed at women (ie: most advertising)... I mean, you don't see an oiled up guy selling products to guys but you will see an almost naked women selling products to women and men via ads.)

My question now would be have any of you women out there had these thoughts/desires but never acted on them? See my girlfriend has never done anything with another women... however it is clear that she would like to. I am wondering what are the chances she will act on her desires? It would be the end of the relationship if this were to happen which is why I am wondering!

I can't speak for others here but I have quite a few gf's who've mentioned it in chitchat before but would never ever do it in reality.
Impulses are one thing, acting on that impulse is something else completely and a sign of immaturity I think.

Glad to hear that Miya - I hope that turns out to be the case here as well!

Miya is right, this falls into the same catagory as being attracted to another man. You choose to act on it or not. The thought being there is quite a different thing from what is actually done.

Being a girl that has actually said all this stuff to my boyfriend, the whole I masterbate to lesbian porn, I have thought about a threesome, etc etc. It's almost exactly the same situation with my boyfriend. While I am super curious with what it would be like to have sex with a girl and find girls very attractive, I wouldn't do it. My boyfriend wishes I would, but I couldn't. The second I saw him touching her at all, even looking, I would get all butt hurt and not be horny in the least. I am pretty selfish when it comes to my boyfriend. And whether I'm curious or not, I am not going to go exploring if it makes the best thing I have going for me crumble to ruins. Try to talk to her about it and just find out whether it's something she intends on acting on or if she's in the same boat as me. P.S. I'm sorry about the past relationship as well. My boyfriend's Mom actually did that to his Dad. Not that he didn't ask for it. He was cheating to. Appears to be pretty common these days...

Threesomes are for fantasies and singles.

                  Amen.

And don't do it at your parent's house. My mom walked in on me, back in college with a couple of dimes.

These are all really good points, thank you everyone! Dolphinlefty - what you described is pretty much the situation, I will have a talk with her just to figure out if that is where she is at as well... it seems like (or I hope I suppose) what you said is the case here.

I agree. I feel like being with another woman, in front of my bf or not is cheating. I do not want to be with anyone but him anyway.

As far as all women are bi, I don't think so. I think women are beautiful, I have wondered what it would be like to be with a woman. I never have, but I can honestly say, I have never felt turned on by a woman like I have been a man.
