I am having problems with my girlfriend lately, and I would like some advice from a female perspective.

It seems when it comes to men giving women oral sex there are no problems. Most men like doing it, they like the taste, and they enjoy making the woman feel good. And understandably women enjoy receiving it also.

However when it comes to women giving men oral sex the BS starts. "Its degrading" "I don't like the taste/texture" are two of my girlfriends favourites.

This is not a man or woman issue. It's a personality issue.

Some like giving oral sex, some don't.

Some like getting semen in their face, some don't.

The key here is compromise.

If you give her oral sex, she should be willing to do the same.

However - I can see how she'd be apprehensive about getting a load in her face....it's unexpected, it stings if it gets in their eyes and I can see how some would feel its degrading.

Bottom line - if you two aren't willing to compromise, you might have to part ways. Sexual issues usually only get more pronounced as time goes on.

Believe it or not, but I have scoured this forum for advice before posting this. Most of the threads all lead to one conclusion - women don't like semen.

Yet a quick search on google will reveal that most men don't just tolerate, but actively seek to engage in performing oral sex on women.

Also I have even heard women say that, until trying it, they thought the concept of a man performing oral on them was 'disgusting' - how can anyone think like that?

Its not a 'personal' thing. I've gone through the archives of this forum, all the threads are the same. Its "degrading" and "gross".

I enjoy giving oral. I enjoy making someone I care about feel good. I enjoy the taste and overall experience associated with that.

What aspect of sperm is 'gross' and what can I do to lessen that aspect? I see semen as being analogous to vaginal fluid, and as such find it hard to comprehend any repulsion towards it. Its just a clean, unusual tasting bodily fluid.
