Seeing as how she wants implants and not a breast reduction (which is surprising) especially for her size, I'd only go up one size. The thing is though, there has been a study that shows that the majority of men like medium sized breasts and real vs fake. I'm not 100% sure on why she's having this done at all but with the facts you've given - definitely only up one size.Comment

overkill?
hmm first time replying...
I think going any bigger would be overkill. I'm only 5'3 and a DD and its torture finding clothing (especially dresses) that fit my bust as well as my waist. But, its totally up to her on what makes her feel comfortable. All you can do is try to steer her in the right direction.Comment

What are they filled with? Saline is much more common today AFAIK, but I have heard about natural feel problems. Continued good luck about cancer.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

Glad to hear about the cancer not recurring.
One thing about cup size no one seemed to mention is that they are relative. I actually saw some of the ladies mention D's or DD's being big for a small-framed woman. But as you found out, that's not really the case. That's because the cup size for someone with a 30D has the same volume as someone with a 36A, for example. The cup letter is relative to the band.
So it's not enough to say "D cup." You have to give the band size along with it."Those sowing seed with tears
Will reap with a joyful shout." - Psalm 126Comment
