    Sex Addict??!?!?!

I know calling yourself a sex addict is a strong description.
but what would you call it if...

1.all you do is think about sex
2.when the first time you meet a person(female or male) you picture having sexual intercourse.
dont get me wrong im not Bisexual..its just that bad
3.having dream about meeting random men and having sex with them
4.I have a long distant relationship, so we have phone sex
and i need it everyday and multiple times a day
5.or that i masturbate to porn on a daily basis
Im glad i have self control or this would really take over me.

    LABEL ME!!

Are you like this when you're not in a long distance relationship?

How often do you have sex when your boyfriend is around, and does the urgency die down if you have sex regularly?

When we finally see eachother its non stop
im glad he can handle it
but then he leaves anyway and go back to school
but when im done having sex it may die down for a lil while but then im back to thinking about it all over again.

Perhaps another rigirous physical activity would help. High drive isn't a bad thing (by any means) but if it starts to distract you from your day to day then it may be problematic, or if the random fantasies start becoming reality.

From what I have learned about addictions, it is only considered an addiction if there is a maladaptive response. Like if you were staying away from work to have sex, or cheating left right and center simply because you feel the need to have sex, or giving up on things like bathing so that you can watch porn or masturbate all hours of the day...like real things that can cause big problems in social and personal life.

Other that things like that I think it would be safe to say that you just like and enjoy sex.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

I read something recently (anybody surprised?) that made a good point. If someone is really involved with and thinks constantly about bicycling or cars or sports or plants, people say the have a passion. But when it comes to sex... It's a different story.

You could be obsessive about it or you could be really, really horny and even when you have sex you aren't being fullfilled at the level you need. I don't think that is physical so much as emotional. You might want to take a look at some different schools of thought on sex and emotional connection. The Welcomed Consensus web site, Tantra, Extended Massive Orgasm, The Kissing School, deal with other approaches and attitudes towards sex.

My guess is you have directed All your needs into sex and need to learn to refocus it, spread it out, so that you can find fullfillment in other things as well.
