That's a good idea. I keep track by using the calendar function on my cell phone. The day I get it, I just make a note on the calendar. It easy and since I always have my phone with me, I can check in about 2 seconds if I am ever unsure of when I'm due to start.

I have an app on my phone that I use to track mine. It's very very handy. I always have my phone with me, so it's easy to keep track of my periods on it.

I do the same thing. I keep two calenders in my purse. I know I'm a little paranoid

Are you saying that you think pulling out has an effect on future fertility? I didn't understand your statement.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.
