I guess all that can be done is to keep trying. I am in the same position with regards to feeling no pleasure from masturbation. I find it boring but I force myself to do it just so that I can get used to it, because obviously you cannot get anywhere if you do not try.

Some syringes come individually packaged in a hard plastic case the same shape as the outline of a basic dildo. 20cc syringes come in cases about the size of an average dildo. Some places like Brookstone or Sharper image sell "massagers". Their shape isn't obviously phallic, but its quite clear what they are designed for. On the other hand the store doesn't want to get a reputation for selling sex toys so they can't really ask for ID. (sort of don't ask, don't tell).
