However, please do not worry! Your size is awesome, and if you practice lovemaking with your partner and learn how to please her right, she will be a very happy girl.

I think 7 inches erect is above average. That girl that laughed at you when you pulled down your pants is a moron(sorry) That was so rude of her to do and she seems very immature. I can see why you are worried-because she made you feel terrible and now you are double questioning yourself.

Hey thanks everyone for your honest views on the topic, I have thought about it and I think I'm just gonna be comfortable with what I've got and make it work. Thing is I've started talkin to this girl that is really into me and we were going to have sex but this thing had me so bothered from especially what happened last time that I backed down as pathetic as it may sound, but I guess I shouldnt let something like this bother meComment

No prob Bajanman, dont feel ashamed at ALL about ur size! Good luck with your new girl, I hope everything works out, if u feel more comfortable waiting until you are erect to drop ur pants, make sure when you guys are about to "do the deed" that you work on kissing, heavy petting, until you are very turned on, this way when you drop your pants you wont have that "last situation" in the back of your head when you werent fully erect etc.
This may make you feel more confident-if u are fully turned on, before dropping drawers
because trust me, most women wish their husbands were 7 inches
good luck hon

Inaccurate. It's a popular belief that flaccid size doesn't correlate with erect size, but doctor charts indicate a rather strong correlation. Of course even a strong correlation is no guarantee at all. The average growth in length from flaccid to erect is 2.5". Though some grow more, and some grow less. Generally speaking there is some truth to the belief that smaller flaccids grow more than longer flaccids do. What's really inaccurate though is the thinking that smaller flaccids tend to carch up with longer flaccids when both are erect. For example, generally speaking, 3" flaccids average out to 5.75" erect, and 5" flaccids average out to 7.25" erect. That 2" flaccid difference (5" minus 3")becomes a 1.5" difference in erection (7.25" minus 5.75"), a gaining of some ground but not a catching up. Granted, these are just averages, as there are exceptions. His relation of flaccid size to erect length is close to what would be expected. He mentioned he's black. His erect length is on the high side of average for black guys and his flaccid about average for black guys.Last edited by Guest; 02-15-2010, 07:12 AM.Comment

I've been with a few guys in my day, and let me tell you this... If a girl really likes you, it's not going to matter how big you are either flacid or erect.... And honestly, I'd say you are about average to above average based on what you've told us. But ultimately, the girl that laughed at you was either just nervous, insecure or a total wench...Hey thanks everyone for your honest views on the topic, I have thought about it and I think I'm just gonna be comfortable with what I've got and make it work. I can't wrap my head around men measuring their penis size the the quarter inch. I don't know what we as a society have done that make guys so self-conscious they want to account for every last centimeter on their penis.
It seems when people start speaking in circumfrences and square roots of testicle to belly button ratios that its all just a bit too critical and unecessary. I have no idea how many inches my boyfriend (and we've been together a couple years) is... and I handle his penis on pretty much a daily basis.
I know its big and beautiful and feels good to me, I'd never break out a ruler on it, or ask him to do so.
In prior experiences, long long ago another lifetime ago... I've seen big flacid penises that didn't grow much when erect, and barely there penis' that grew into something large when engorged. But..I've never done any geometric testing on them.
I know that when my guy walks around and isn't aroused he is well-proportioned, in fact sometimes I think he is hard when he isn't because it already looks solid and big even when its in a relaxed state... his does grow quite a bit larger when erect though, and sometimes when I think I've seen it at its biggest/hardest he suprises me with an even bigger/harder erection -- I have no idea how that happens, but I find it fascinating and awesome in any state of arousal.Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.Comment
