It does sound like the boy needs a medical check-up, unless he's in extremely poor physical condition and or abusing recreational drugs on a regular basis.

A guy of 21 should be able (and eager!) to have sex half a dozen times a day!

I would have to agree with Texasred. At 21 years old at least twice a day should be no problem to sustain.

There have been a lot of disturbing articles published recently. Plastics, anti-biotics, and pesticides leaching into the food (and drink) chain appear to be affecting testosterone production in males and even the number of male births. Younger and younger men are suffering from ED these days. But that may not be the problem with your partner. ED is the inability to attain or maintain an errection. I think that the inability to orgasm is a different thing altogether. Low testosterone can cause low sex drive, in either men or women.

A urologist would be the "expert" for this problem but a good family practice MD could also handle this as well. Get him to the doctor ASAP. This could be the symptoms of more serious medical problems.

Another concern is artificial hormone receptors from things like BGH.

It can be psychological or physical. Its not that uncommon, google on "delayed ejaculation".

if he cannot cum when he masturbates it is probably physical.

he may not desire sex with you because he sees being unable to cum as a failure.

get him to a doctor -- which he will be very embarrassed to do but do it anyway -- and emphasize to him that you LOOOOOVE it when he makes you reach orgasm.

Seriously, a medical issue. Masturbating twice in ten days is very abnormal for a 21 one year old ( I know because it would be very abnormal for me at 59). Testosterone is probably the culprit - easily diagnosed with a simple blood test; and easily remedied
