thank you for everyones input on this, very insightful.
to answer some of the questions posted, yes he is still very loving and affectionate. we dont officially live together but i am always at his house or he is always at my apartment so we are together the better part of everyday.
i have talked to him about it again since i posted this and so far so good so i guess only time will tell. if it doesnt work then it just doesnt work but it is worth one more try. i just wanted to thank everyone again.
