Its more about sexual "energy" than anything else...being able to experience sexual pleasure without necessarily having sex. Touching, breathing techniques, imagining that everything from flowers to rocks to the soft skin of your SO is the most arousing thing you have ever come across type stuff. Though I have heard it takes a ton of patience because it requires in essence 'training' so that you are able to recognize what types of arousal there are. I completely applaud those who are able to do this because I too have been curious but this sort of spirituality just isn't my thing but countless numbers of people swear by it that it is totally worth it.There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy. -
Main concept is being able to not have "goal oriented" (typical orgasm) sex... It's basically becoming knowledgeable about and comfortable with your body, learning to enjoy the act of the act, not because it's a means to an end...
What's amazing about this is when you get good enough, you can learn to give orgasms through many many different ways, and multiple times that last for minutes, not seconds...Comment

There literally hundreds of books on the subject. I like, The New Tantra, Simple and Sexy, as a good starting point.
Tantra isn't a matter of one thing you do that you could be quickly instructed in. It's attitude, approach and technique. There are many possibilites within Tantric practice. A good informational site would be white lotus east.Comment

When you learn to get the body used to enjoy each thing that takes place by itself your body will be more receptive to touch. For example, lets say you like to ohh i don't know, have your clit licked... And every time that your clit is being licked your, i don't know, foot is being rubbed. Thanks guys! (and gals!) Can you be more specific? Please explain the details of exactly what you do.
There's absolutely NO way to expand on what to do but read a beginners book and you'll have more than enough to play with after the first 2 chapters to keep you busy experimenting for quite some time.
Can you expand on this? What are the many, many different ways?
After doing this for a few times you get used to having one with the other.
Then somebody just rubs your foot and nothing else, it should affect you sexually.
(this is really dumbed down but I hope you get the gist of it)Comment
