feel i cant talk to my friends about this,
but how often do couples have sex?
all the mags say men want sex all the time and listening to friends some do it 3/4times a week! im with my partner 10yrs,and we'd be lucky if we have sex once a week,and actually we havent had sex for two and half weeks now!(think that is the longest we'v gone without) we are fine as a couple and we'v talked about it,we are still in love and do loads of activities together but when it comes to fitting in time to have sex it just never happens,he's a morning guy and i like it in the evening,so thats one of the issues..but just wanted to know how often do people really do it??

Everyone is different. Some people have sex twice a day, for some once a week is enough. It really depends on the couple.

When my wife and I were first married, we had sex once a day for about 3 years. Then she got a job and started working and it went down from there. I would say at the 10 year mark, once or twice a week was about normal. I wanted more than that, but was turned down. On these boards, you will hear from women who want sex more than their SOs. It seems that the controlling factor is the partner who wants sex the least.

Have been married for 28 years and three times a week is normal, sometimes four if we are on holidays. Three times is normal.

Making time for sex should be high on the priority list, intimacy and sex together is bliss. I love to pleasure my wife and to see her enjoying herself and I believe she feels the same way.

Well my BF and I have sex about 5 to 6 times a week and probably see each other about 3-4 days a week. If we saw each other more often I'd like it to be closer to 7-9 times a week but we do have jobs and stuff

I think whatever works for you and your partner is normal. I do think some people get "used" to not having it and then just don't but if you want to do it more, then I'm sure your SO would probably be willing to try

this varies with all couples and will vary during the relationship. We have been together 12 years and have been anywhere from 3 times a week to once a month. I am at the point that I would like 3-4 times a week but with busy lives it does not always happen.
