OK so we saw the gyno and they pretty much said the same thing as the first did but better, she explained things nicely and had my wife pee in a cup to test for infection. Test results came back and they called to tell us that she has a bladder infection. She had no symptoms other than pee that smelled a little stronger than normal and the 'bump' i mentioned earlier that hurt was because of swelling of the urethra because of the infection. Now she has meds for that and the Dr. said just to relax and no matter what you do just do not push past pain. That she has to unlink the pain response with intercourse so she doesn't tense up right before because her mind remembers the pain and so on. So problem solved hopefully
Thank you for all your suggestions and help. I hope this information helps anyone who runs into a problem such as this one! Good luck!
Good to hear! Keep us posted! I hope that she can realize that there were other triggers for her pain and hopefully you all can work on enjoying your sex life with one another.
