Shower yes! but do not do not have sex underwater. it is very very dangerous for the female body. You could get an infection easily or worse ur uterus can get water inside and can be damaged. Having sex especially in a hot tub could make it impossible in the future to have kids. be careful!

There is some aspect of truth. The hot tub is the main problem, especially for men because if they are constantly in the heated water then their sperm as basically cooking. Fried sperm = unhealthy sperm....however that does not mean that hopping in the love tub once a month is going to cause serious damage. We are talking everyday in the hot tub for several hours so that damage can begin to actually occur. But this sort of thing does not happen to everyone so even if someone sits in the hot tub everyday it does not mean their sperm are going to be broken it means there is a greater risk of it possibly happening.

As for women, the heat can increase the risk for infection but it is not like you step inside and whamoo you have an infection. A lot of little circumstances need to be just right (pH of the water and her vag, the chemicals, the right amount of time, the temperature blah blah blah). Another issue is just the chemicals in the water, that can cause irritation in some folks and could potentially play a role in an infection but again circumstances are all over the place.

I personally like swimming pool sex, and my friend seems to like it VERY much - in fact she suggested it just this past weekend. But it does tend to wash away natural lubrication, so you'll want to keep something on-hand for the post-pool sex...
The positions you can get into are very interesting - body weight just seems to go away! - and if it's dark and the stars are out... it doesn't get much better than that!
(If it's not dark, make sure the neighbors aren't out!)

I was reading the other day where there are actually several documented cases of waterslides becoming "daddies". Supposedly, there was live sperm in the water and the act of forcefully hitting the water pushed the sperm into the unfortunate sliders vagina. This tells me a couple of things. 1) Obviously, there are a lot of people having sex in the water. 2) Getting an infection is not the only hazard.
