I read on wikipedia that if there's a lot of tension built up, then the orgasm is much better (I think it's called orgasm control?) it's where you almost get an orgasm but stop anything stimulating, then continuing shortly after. When you go all the way, it's supposed to be a really intense feeling. I have yet to try this out with my bf XD and I think it works for masturbation too... haven't been on wiki in a while XD -
