It was ridiculous. I got the feeling he saw it as a kind of contest- who could last the longest. I finally said, I'm tired of this and he told me he so glad as he was absolutely unable to continue. I would have to say I have been with a man that lasted less than a minute and with my current BF it can last about 1 hour. This took alot of practice with my current BF when we first started having sex he would last about 5 minutes and be done. We then started adding more foreplay into our sex life as well as oral sex. You could possibly try what is called "gentle intercourse" which just means you only do enough thrusting to keep hard, but otherwise, there is a lot of stillness while still continuing to caress and kiss each other. I've had both extremes. My ex husband was a '30 second wonder' (I'm not kidding, I'd count in my head and it rarely got past 30 seconds in the last decade or so of our marriage). With actually penetration my husband lasts about 15 mins at the shortest, and longest would be about 45 mins, which is more likely for him. Honestly though, I much prefer something in between. I get worn out when it lasts for almost an hour.
