Well, for us it just doesn't matter much, if she's having her period or not.
We just have to use a towel from the very start

Besides she doesn't want me to finger her (what she normally really enjoys). I would finger her, but this is her body, and that's that. Sometimes I at least get a good taste in my mouth but that depends on her mood. During her period foreplay normally focuses on my body (her choice not mine).

    What ever you do,
    have fun!

My ex'es didn't mind, we just used a towel. Nothing bad happens, you just feel the area more "wet" than usual.

Current SO doesn't want to do that though, he claims he's already tried once with an ex and he found it awful. Not much of an argument but, oh, well.

        I've done it before.
Can get messy especially on your heaviest day.
        We usually avoid it.

But can she still get pregnant?

I just had to ask...this comment is a follow up to an earlier reply i made... if it is flowing out [the blood] ... especially within the 2nd day's flow.. and a guy "cums" deep within her.... is it even possible for a lady to become preggers in the traditional sense?

I seriously doubt it is ....as there is just too much one way flow...but please correct me if i am wrong with experience, knowledge or wisdom

Flow has nothing to do with it. It actually aids the sperm in reaching the uterus a little since they do not really have to deal with the higher pH of the vaginal secretions. The more difficult part of getting pregnant comes from the lack of ovulation since that has already occurred. Sperm like to reach the egg at the prime hormonal level of ovulation and since the egg is already passed into the uterus along with a major decline in necessary conception hormones the chances of becoming pregnant while on your period are much lower...but not obsolete.

              LOL!
Yes indeed: sex during her period is always good!
I never mind a little blood as long as it's not my own.
The clean-up is something you want to plan ahead for, but other than that, why not?

Just a technical point here, but there is only one "sense" in which a lady is "preggers," and that would be the traditional one!

Its completely natural. A women's period isn't anything to be grossed out by. Whatever you feel comfortable with. We do it, usually not on my first day because thats the heaviest, but we've done it several times while on my period. It does help in the lubricating, lol. Its just blood, I mean his semen goes in you, its just another bodily fluid.
