I would suggest that perhaps you don't let him finish in your mouth. Reason being you may not enjoy it which could turn you off from performing oral. Also if you do it the first time he may always expect it, which could really be a problem if you didn't enjoy it. Then again its totally up to you and depends on how comfortable you feel about it. If he is caring like you say, he won't care where you alllow him to "release".
