Your lack of pleasure from sex may be due to lack of passion in other aspects of your relationship and in life in general. Pleasure starts from an emotional connection. You may need to have therapy for underlying issues not directly related to sex that affect your ability to connect with others. Just another perspective to consider.

Don't worry, I am the same way. I don't feel comfortable with masterbating, i've tried it and don't care for it. Just can't get into it, and I don't orgasm from sex, but it doesn't really bother me much because sex still feels really good. I think sometimes it may take a while to find what really makes the tick. I think its all mental to be honest with you. Women have to be more mental about it and not as much physical like men. Most women orgasm because of their mental state and how revved up they are.

I think we need to be able to enjoy self gratification, so doing anything that turns you on is important first step.

I guess self gratifaction is something one did as a kid growning up and experimenting with what feels good.

If you're one of those girls or women that put yourself under the tap faucet and felt pleasure from that well you would probably know more about what you like and what turns you on.

If you didn't do that or things that felt good one would have to ask why ?

Is there or was there anything that arrested that development ?

Are you attracted to your partner ?

Is his technique turning you on or off ?

Do you feel dirty touching yourself ?

IS there anything that makes you feel uncomfortable about masturbation ?

I really think its about letting go of whatever holds you back.

These are some of the questions you have to ask yourself.

Orgasm is from a mans perspective is incredible.

Imagine being totally drenched in sweat, I mean really drenched your hair, body, feet everything is wet like you just hoped out of a sauna.

At the threshold of orgasm a womens vaginal barrel contracts around a mans penis, then there are these invuluntary spasmodic contractions that cause the man to ejaculate violently, incrediblly, pleasurabley and intensely.

You're wrapped up and entagled together in a steamy smoldering mass where you feel part of one another not as a separate entity, its a out of body experience like your souls are a ball of incredible energy circling each other light celestial objects.

Then you come back down to earth and feel euphoria, calm, quiet, content, love or empathy for your partner.

Oxytocin and Vassopressin is being pumped through your brain making your feel wonderful, its a ride like no other.

Orgasm is not something you will fail to miss.

I think orgasm brings people together like nothing else.

Orgasm is not just a physical thing its an emotional thing.

Orgasm is magical, and will make you feel truelly alive and envigorated.

He techniques do turn me on but I just cant bring myself to Orgasm to where I squirt or anything.

Yes I do feel dirty touching myself...

"yes I do feel dirty touching myself" < -- I think in order to enjoy the pleasure from you own body you must feel comfortable with touching yourself.

Being turned off by touching yourself is I think your first hurdle to really being able to relax and enjoy the feelings coming from your own body.

Maybe if you just put yourself under the water faucet make sure of course its not too hot, and concentrate on how nice it feels.

If that is too soon maybe just try something that you feel comfortable with.

I think doing things that feel pleasurable to you is neutral, if you feel something negative one maybe would wonder why ?

Some times religious dogma can associate negative connotations with bodily pleasures, or perhaps there is something other reason why you feel dirty when you touch down there ??

              Only you know why.

I'll leave that with you OK.

I don't know about most other women but personally I think orgasm is hard to achieve for most women.

So if you dont achieve orgasm the first time dont punish yourself for not being able to get there.

Orgasm I think is not compatible to the way most of us live.

If your tired or worried about anything well I think your not going to achieve it.

I also think if there is something that needs to be said you need to say it to your partner, if you dont like something its best to be honest.
