im 23from canada, my girlfriend is 25 from europe(lithuania)...she is drop dead gorgeous and we have sex up to 3 times a day when were around eachother! we cant keep our hands off eachother , sometimes when i go to her place she'll give me a little wink and turn on some porn , we will watch it , laugh get aroused...ask eachother if what were seing is a turn on or off...and just enjoy it...then we end up engaging .i had an x gf that was younger and couldnt stand the fact i had a couple movies...i think it has alot to do with confidence , our sex drive is strong and we always get it on...so we both know, without having to say(but wstill do) that we are more than happy with eachother...i think some women look at it as cheating, which is a friggin JOKE!

If you have a problem with your guy watching porn: Tell him about it.
If he still continues to watch and it hurts your feelings: Ask him to stop. Otherwise you will only feel worse and worse with time while he will still enjoy himself without realizing how much it hurts you.
If he still watches despite knowing how much it hurts you: Just stop giving him oral/cut down on sex/start flirting with other guys to boost your ego instead. The guy acts like a selfish pig in that case and not like a man.

You can't compromise with porn, it's a habit that when it's not used properly or it turns into addiction can lead to a number of issues: insecurity/reduced sexual encounters/mental issues/ejaculation issues/problems in distinguishing reality from imagination and so on.

If you don't mind it then let it be.

In many cases it has to do with how the woman is treated by her man who watches porn. If she feels her man spends more time with porn than herself then of course she will have a problem with it. If a man has an attractive and loving woman at home 24/7 then he does not need porn. Just because it's free and easily accessible does not make it a standard in a man's lifestyle.

I understand what you meant, but some men, even with such an attractive spouse around 24/7, they would still do porn for varied reasons. One of which is "variety". And it bugs me that these same men don't see it as cheating.

Oh I know the "reasons" very well. None of them actually stands or can be based on anything factual or scientifically proven. As for variety, I don't believe that men need more variety than women at all and the men who claim so do it only because it's a convenient argument that cannot be proven. I understand if someone, either man or woman, wants to watch something that their partner does not want to try, but when the partner is willing and available there is no healthy excuse whatsoever.

I just want to make women understand that just because their man claims "it's normal" to watch porn when it hurts their feelings, they have to act and not accept it silently. I'm not saying porn is always bad or harmful, but "if it hurts your feelings then do something about it".

i bought a porno for my boyfriend for his birthday. i support guys watching porn because they arent looking or thinking about real girls that arent me. watching porn shouldnt be a big deal, i mean i do it all the time. i really dont understand why so many girls hate porn.

I can understand the issues you girls have with porn, and a lot of it is degrading to women, but not all.

Another interesting way to look at it, is that porn for men is like romance novels for women. Do you ever hear men complain that their women fantasise about strong romantic male heros that star in the female porn that is Mills and Boon?

All the reasons you think its ok to read romance novels are the same logic for mean watching porn - a fantasy.

Note - I am not defending unhealthy porn or romance additions! lol. But just throwing a viewpoint for understanding in.

....not all of us like romance novels. I personally cant stand 'em. just sayn.

While I dont exacltly support porn, I also dont totally discourage it. i dont really care all that much if he watches it so long as its not interfering with our sex life.
As long as he keeps it put away, like I dont want to walk into his house and see the mags on the coffee table. Or the DVD cases on top of the TV in his room (that, to me, is just kinda disrespectful.) I'm OK with knowing he has it/watches it. I wont watch it with him, though I think its cheesey and it doesnt do anything for me. at. all.
but if he wants to while I'm not around, so be it. i would WAAAAYYYYY rather he be at home watching porn than at the strip club!! KWIM?!!!

But that's the thing. I think it's wrong to accept something only out of fear of something worse. Of course there is always worse and it can happen whether he watches porn or not. Porn doesn't make men more loyal.

                      Just saying.
