Are you talking anecdotal evidence or based on the general population average? Frustrated men may be frustrated because Sally Sue over there said no to bending over like Jenna Jameson, talking like she was in a scripted porn scene, or putting herself in awkward positions just because he saw it online one day....that can certainly frustrate a man.I don't see that. Just about everything you read (other than this forum) put a much higher rate of frustrated men in relationships than women. This is reflected in any talk of real life situations of people around too. There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy. -

I agree with what Wildchild and CW have written. Women can get very frustrated with this, but so can men get very frustrated with women ( I have personal experience of this like most people) I think you have to be compatible and communicative. I would never prefer mastrubation to porn than my partners soft hand on my penis. I think women's hands are soft and gentle for a good reason, not just to hold a baby!. Anyway, my advice is watch porn as much as you like until (and if) your partner is ready for sex. At that point drop the porn and concentrate on her lovely body instead.Comment

Common response, it's self protection.
The man I was head over heels for cut me down to once a month and then cut me off (he is big on porn and masterbation - several times a day) At first I climbed the walls. When we had actually had a sex life I had wanted him ALL the time. It's been several months now and I'm seeing someone else who is really very caring but we don't seem to be very in tune physically and I have virtually no interest in sex now. In the past when I've been on hiatus, as soon as I connected with someone I was attracted to it came roaring back, I'll bet yours will too.
How long are you willing to wait and is it going to be worth it? Reading here you won't find many stories of women who 'saved' themselves, were untouchable and became fully orgasmic and big fans of sex later on.Comment

As a red-blooded male I've gotta say a dude who claims that is bs'ing you. I could probably "do it myself" 10 times in a day and I'd still be up for a roll in the hay in pretty short order. Guys don't normally get chafed from too much handling. That's all just an excuse for "he's just not that into you".I've had it proven to me by experience that excessive and/or rough masterbation can leave a man unable to cum with a woman. It can also leave him chaffed and too sore for vaginal sex. When he agreed to keep his hands off himself for 2 weeks, the problems resolved, only to return when he resumed his old pattern of behavior. Read here and you will find story after story from women who want sex and connection with the man in their lives but are being rejected in favor of masterbation/porn. It's all about balance and there are a lot of out-of-balance people in the world.Comment

There may be a very, very small minority of guys with a problem. To say it's the norm is way off.As a red-blooded male I've gotta say a dude who claims that is bs'ing you. I could probably "do it myself" 10 times in a day and I'd still be up for a roll in the hay in pretty short order. Guys don't normally get chafed from too much handling. or it could be a US thing, definitely not a UK thing.
It does sound more like a problem with the relationship, as Jimbeau says, and not a porn issue. The ones that don't use porn will be the cheaters
Cure the problem, not the symptoms. It may be 50/50 on who's at fault, guys need release, and if they are not getting any from the relationship then they take matters into their own hands (bad pun, sorry).Comment
