Honestly, I think he's being a bit selfish or self centered in not wanting to meet your needs. As I have said before, I am a bit biased when it comes to giving my partner pleasure, particularly the oral kind (LOVE IT), but I can tell you that things would have to be pretty objectionable to keep me away from giving oral.

Even though hygene may not be a problem, pee can have a strong sent and taste. It goes away in a very short while, but from the sounds of it he may not linger long enough. Have him try it immediately after you get out of the shower, and see if that change his mind.
