Surely if we can take the time to discuss what doesn't make our butt's bigger or 3some's, an answer with integrity to this question might help women and medical science understand. Thanks.
Orgasm has both physical and psychological components. At one time and continuing today, some medical practitioners think that Erectile Dysfunction is completely psychological. Little pills many times cannot solve ED problems for guys.

I have no idea what a psychological orgasm is. I imagine my orgasm feels like everyone else ... instense pleasure... more intense pleasure... the highest point of the pleasure.. then spasms, contractions, release... throbbing... a slow subsiding of the tingles. Its a physical, between my legs orgasm. My head feels a bit light... a slight buzz almost... relaxation, good feelings all around.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.
