Medically there is no concrete definite answer to where the female orgasm fluid comes from. Ladies we, our sexual parteners, and doctors just know we get wet. The origin of the wetness as well as the orgasm fluid is thought to be the Skene's gland. It is known that a significant percentage of women do not have physical orgasms. Why? Can it be corrected? I have no idea what a psychological orgasm is. I imagine my orgasm feels like everyone else ... instense pleasure... more intense pleasure... the highest point of the pleasure.. then spasms, contractions, release... throbbing... a slow subsiding of the tingles. Its a physical, between my legs orgasm. My head feels a bit light... a slight buzz almost... relaxation, good feelings all around.
