Anything is possible, so yeah, I'm sure it is possible. Also, some women, after using a vibrator a lot end up becoming desensitized to any other stimulation which ends up causing issues and the need for a lot of stimulation to get to orgasm with a physical partner. However, most times it is resolved by just not using your vibrator any longer or greatly reducing it.

It probably all comes down to what you want out of a sex life. If you don't feel the need to have the emotional connection that is there during sex with another partner you may be more inclined to prefer your toy to a real partner.
