Sexual happiness and good communication are the two most significant factors to a healthy relationship, I always say. I don't think it's a males vs. females thing. People have different libidos and varying sex drives, but sex undoubtedly helps a relationship. Anyone going a week or more without it is really missing out!

For many sex doesn't just help a relationship, its a crucial part that cause the relationship itself to be stressed if it is not present often enough. For many with low sex drives or low libidos, sex several times a year is too much or more than enough. Generally the person with the lowest sex drive controls the sex in the relationship. This can stress the relationship to a high degree.

It sounds to me like she could be depressed - does she take anti depressant medication? If so that can also cause lack of sex drive...
Also it seems like she might be trying to get you to end the relationship if she is saying stuff like "go get another girlfriend" and stuff like that...

I'd ask her why she wants to be your fiance if she doesn't want to make love anymore? And say "make love" instead of sex...she might like that. LoL

          Goodluck!!!

            Mate,
Sounds like ur girlfriend has low self esteem and dosent think she can satisfy u... Just going off what u've said... If its safe to assume your the one the leads in the bedroom... I reckon it comes down for that... Try finding a few ways to boost her ego... If she dose something complement her on how amazing she makes u feel or how good she is a doing something to u... Even complimenting her kissing u and how soft her lips are... U get the idea... She needs to feel secure and try make sure she in that enviroment... Be paticent and see how u go
