We don't have sex to often so maybe if i stay clean of anything until the next time we have intercourse it will be much better, Not that it isn't already good or anything. Thank you for the advice (:
But then you'll miss out on our National Masturbation Month extravaganza. Seriously though I really don't think you should give up something you enjoy just because you feel bad about enjoying something else less. I doubt the sex with your partner will be any better for it.

Actually many of us have had the experience, from one side or the other, that when someone is very accustomed to orgasming through masturbation they tend to have a very specific pattern that they follow. Both women and men can become so conditioned to this pattern that they have difficulty or may become completely unable to orgasm with a partner. We tend to see this as a more pronounced pattern in men with extensive porn use, but it happens with women too.

They are orgasmic, just not responsive to their partner. It can take several weeks of foregoing masturbation to regain the ability to respond to other stimulation. You could liken this to someone who wears the same shoes everyday (or a very similar style) and then switches to a different shoe and is suddenly in pain (if you have ever been a runner you'll understand this).

Someone who has or may have gotten into this situation needs to keep their hands off themselves for a while.

The rest of you, mix it up. Don't do the same thing, the same way, every time.

          Hey
as it is National Masturbation Month why not get into the spirit of things and get into some mutual masturbation with him. Show him how you do it.
He will learn from it and it should be good all round. It can be quite an intimate experience.

Well, for me is quite complicated...I do love make sex with my boyfriend, especially in the last year, after a long period with a very few boring sex's occasions!...However, we've got over it,and I think also because I've become less shy:before I didn't want to have sex with him because it looked always the same to me,so I've begun to masturbate, before sometimes, than more often (that, for sure I liked!).I masturbate now and then, since I was 14 when a school mate(girl)told me that was a good thing. In fact when I was a teen I've used to have sex with my boyfriend of the time, but not feel great pleasure, because sex for me was something I had to do,so sometime, masturbating was my personal gift of real pleasure.Still, I always thought was taboo and bad!
At 19 I slept with a girl.My first and only time.I loved it!The sex only, not the girl and I understood that I was not lesbian, but today if I masturbate I think of women bodies, simply because they're more sensual.
Back to my actual partner(4yrs now),during the period of distance I've understood that I should have been more relaxed with him, because he loves me, so I've try to teach him how to touch me first,(like I touch myself),then what position I preferred, which movement...and soon everything become more exciting and our sex and relation, they both improved!I don't have always an orgasm, but 90%is a good score!...Still some periods, especially when I'm stressed I like to do it alone, and I don't think it's too bad have some little "secret".Our partners do the same!!!...Hope my experience can help!

No one knows their bodies better than you! This is why it's trully important to talk to your partner about your likes and dislikes.. Masturbation,it's King or Queen! Depending on who's asking!!! Perfectly normal!!
One should not be afraid to experiment within the comfort of their homes.. Their's just so many position one can do without re-inventing yourself..Role Playing can also add new zest into your relationship...
              P.S. No Still Means No.....
