No, it doesn't hurt, just don't be too rough. A penis is usually as thick or thicker than 2 fingers. You can also try anal play if you're both ok with that. Here's a thread with a lot of discussion on the subject of performing oral on a woman:

Oral is best done on the clitoris or clitoral hood in most cases. Are you doing that?

Yes, I use my tongue to play with the clitoris and my finger to stimulate the gspot (I think?).

I just heard that maybe using 2 fingers and being a little rough (but not too rough) could be much more better.

It only gets too rough and sometimes hurts if there is not enough lubrication.

I think it depends on her level of sensitivity... sometimes that can be too much stimulation... best to work up to it and gauge her reaction.
