The thing is, not all issues are the result of believing that some physiological level of something must be low or not operating properly and therefore must be corrected by multi-month regimens of behavior modification or diet changes. Physiologically everything can be fine because things are fine, it can be as simple as not relaxing emotionally enough to orgasm with a person. The OP just needs to relax and open herself up and things will come.
