It was already told. You fingered her roughly when there was no lubrication. There was too much friction which causes soreness which then leads to pain. No lubrication also leads to getting small cuts inside which can cause pain for several days. Do not finger her unless she is well lubricated. If she continues to have pain or gets an unusual colored discharge or odor, she should see a doctor in case she has an infection.
You need to learn how to arouse a woman and she needs to learn to tell you to back off when she isn't ready.
DO NOT touch or go near her labia or vagina until you have aroused her with kissing and caressing and touching her body all over. If she isn't wet there, then she isn't aroused enough yet.
