I'm new to sex but when I think about it, he did come the second time I believe. tbh, I was more focused on the closeness although the sex was intense. After activity for a while, he usually quiets down and relaxes a little. Is that an indication he came?

It is unlikely a guy would take a used condom with him, but I suppose the stories of women surreptitiously impregnating themselves to have a child by an unwilling father could be changing that. Did you have access to the trash after he left? Flushing condoms is a good way to clog the plumbing.

Yes, I see it but I don't inspect it. I am not assuming he was lying. I am just curious if there are particular signs which confirm how he felt. Simply asking out of curiosity, nothing more.

Men are certainly capable of climaxing more than once in a single session. If he says he came twice, I'd take his word for it and leave it be.
