    lost my mojo

Hey there girls (and maybe guys lol). I have a bit of a problem. I seem to have lost my mojo when it comes to my husband. I have no trouble getting in the mood on my own but when it comes to him I just don't feel it. I hate feeling like this and I'm worried I'm just not attracted to him anymore. I don't know what to do.
I'm going to be really honest here and say that my husband is a big man, in all ways. I don't think I can tell him that I don't find him attractive 'cause he's too big. So what do I do?????
I've thought about taking some vitamins to help with sex drive...but it's there, I just can't seem to tap into it when I'm with my husband. It's really upsetting me.

Has something changes in your life - more stress, work, kids. This added stress can decrease sex drive. Masturbating is easy as its just yourself and you dohn't have to think about somebody else's pleasure, or looking sexy, etc. In the rat race of life, losing your desire is very easy. Try to take a break. If you have kids, see if they can stay with family for the weekend. Take a day off work and just do dating stuff with hubby. If these things bring back your desire, then its probably just life getting in the way. You need to make time for yourself and your husband.

If that doesn't resolve things, it may be something with the relationship. Maybe its time to reexamine things, touch base with why you fell in love with this guy to start off with, etc. Maybe see a couples counselor.

Sometimes we just get in a sexual rut. Try to spice things up. Ask you partner to do something different to get you in the mood. Experiment. Fantasize.

Bel, describe what a normal intimate session includes. Does he work at getting you excited?
