Get a girl is the best bet but I know that masturbation can get boring and you wonder why you bothered, best solution I found if it doesnt excite is to do it less often rather than getting into a routine of doing it. If you can leave off it for just a few days longer it will make it more enjoyable. Do it once a week rather than every day
