There isn't an ideal size though. That is like asking you men, what is the ideal size of vagina, IMO. Every woman you are with will have a different vagina, therefore, your penis will feel different to every woman. Just like you men, us women are all different, so you can't try to get a blanket "ideal" size. Regards to all things being equal, the thing about that is... All things ARE NOT equal so there is not a best feeling size.

To get too hung up about it. Besides, even if there WAS (which there isn't) an ideal size, what good would knowing do you? Especially if it wasn't YOUR size, even if the "ideal" was smaller than you. Then you would be too worried about being too big. So, either way it would do you no good at all.

There is much more to an outstanding sex life and relationship than a good personality and treating her well. Learn how to please her, mind and body. Sex is as much mental as it is physical. Read the book, She Comes First. It is recommended in the Books on Sex thread. There are a lot of other books that you should check out too. Get out of you thoughts that sex and please are about your penis size, as that is very very far from the truth

I'm a bit nervous doing this but the anonymity of the internet helps a bit. I'm a pretty self-conscience guy especially about my thing down there. I'm 23 years old and my member is 5.7" long and 5.6" in circumference (about 1.78" diameter (I made tons of measurements to get these numbers right)) about an inch up from the base. I'm worried that this isn't enough to please a girl. I see all these movies and stuff and these dudes look really big and the girls are always all over the big 8" things. I have trouble getting involved with girls because I'm worried she will not be pleased. What can I do..

Thanks for any comments, I really appreciate them, especially honest ones.
honestly im at the 8" mark and if i could i would prefer to be a bit smaller, its like using a sledge hammer to do the job of a tack hammer, alot of times you have to completely change the way you do things when you are bigger than average, and like the females that responded to this topic already have stated, pain is a huge issue. if you were closer to the big size not only do you have problems trying out those fancy condoms your gf brings home because a lot of times you cant fit anything but a magnum and i think maybe theres 3 types other than regular sold at the local lovers package, and anything other than that is in the "average size" department which is highly prone to breakage in my case. So ultimately dont worry about size, youve got the tool to do the job, thats all that matters and you should feel lucky you dont have to shop in the big and tall condom department lol

just lighten up and have fun with it

I think it can also change with the same woman over time. My wife was a virgin and I was too big for her at first. She then got used to me and we were a great fit. After 4 kids and 20 years together, her ideal size has gone up a bit but we adjust. If she comes first things tend to fit together nicely. On the occasions when she is really turned on and wants something extra, we can always go to a toy. The journey of discovery is fun as long as you find a partner you are comfortable with and can have fun with.
