Condoms do kind of have a universal charm. Even those with latex allergies can find something that works. They aren't the most fun thing ever, but they're a far cry from pregnancy or STDs.

I can sympathize with condoms being uncomfortable. I didn't say they were the greatest but to just post and say, hey man, get her on the pill, then all your problems are solved was pretty presumptuous. He didn't ask about other forms of BC, he asked about condoms, so obviously he has no problem with them because not all men and/or women do. And trust me and a lot of other women, when your sex drive is not there because of the hormones you are putting into your body so your SO doesn't have to wear condoms, well, I'm sure he'd rather have some sex then no sex because she doesn't want it.Originally posted by ClawsNo, im not kidding, you try being a male with a condom on, there is no friction, you cant feel anything, thus whats the point of having sex?
As for taking the pill and screwing up the sex drive, granted, thats a bad side effect, but at least she can still feel somthing. Not to mention rubbers dry women out so bad.
Why you think majority of guys (and surprisingly quite a few women) dont like condoms? They want to feel good.Comment

this is a great post sry it took me so long to reply to all of you i took her to canada for her birthday so we were without the net for a bit, but im fine with condoms the main reason being i have absolutely no problem getting off, its just rare for her to get off with any amount of foreplay etc, and actually she is on the pill we just both have an ideal life that we would like to have setup before we bring a child into the world after watching a few friends get pregnant even with the girl on bc, so we use condoms and the pill and recently started using the... night rider or whatever female enhancement pill to counteract the hormone imbalance from the birth control, on top of that we visited a store on our way back through california and got some condom safe lube, and found the warming sensation magnum xl's and after that the last 2 weeks its gone from her almost never wanting to have sex to her waking me up in the middle of the night for some, telling me in the morning when i start her coffee for her that i should get some sleep so im ready for tonight etc... its a complete 180 to what our sex life used to be. She gave up on the ridged and dimpled condoms and we went for the vibrating c ring thats long enough to sit right where it needs to be in missionary and we both were more than satisfied with the warming feeling actually being there when using the new condoms, and the perfect fit of the xl's is just the icing on the cake.

My fiance and I would use condoms more regularily, but he already uses the Trojan Magnum XL and those are even uncomfortable for him. He describes it as he cums and it gets pushed up against this wall, and almost feels like its being blocked or being pushed back in (even though obviously its not being pushed back in), but I feel bad for him, because he understands me not being on the pill cuz it makes me feel moody, and I feel bad that I can't have the same understanding because we have to use SOMETHING. I am with you, are there any other options, condom-wise that could help our situation?Comment
