Do you think of yourself as "kinky"

Just curious how people view their own sexuality. By your standards (not those of society or anyone else), do you think of yourself as "kinky", or adventurous in your sexual interests (whether or not you have a chance to act on your interests).

I'm specifically not being specific on what activities this includes, rather I'm interested in how people think about THEMSELVES.

Separately (not as a poll), if you do, is this something you tend to hide, or to flaunt?

(hope I can create this poll correctly).
(no ulterior motive for this, just pure curiosity).

Not even a little bit. I get disturbed by a lot of things I have noticed which is a shame but I cannot control it. Over the years my bf and I have tried exploring some stuff like dirty talk, bondage, and taking pictures but nothing like that gets me going despite at least trying it out. It seems I personally have no kink factor in me, I am very happy and content with the normal things which does not have a lot of adventure in them to begin with. I am still waiting for the day that I come up with a fantasy though, I still have none but I am keeping things open for possibilities but no luck so far.

Good Job RC...you did it correctly! lol

Im kinky...to a point. But there are different types of "kink" I guess. Im definitely not into anything outlandish, but my man and I do try to keep things interesting, but I think its because we are both 22, and want to explore as much as possible without crossing boundaries. We've tried the bondage thing...on me...and I was a little discouraged by it. THAT ended in a mess...I ended up with rope burn. OW.

I guess if you want to call my getting dolled up for him in some cute lingerie and heels kinky, then I qualify. Yeah...thats about as far as my kinky side goes.

Oh I never thought of cute lingerie as kinky. To me kinky lingerie is like rubber suits or strappy leather with chains and gags lol....that is kinky attire. But I suppose if simple lacy corsets and garter belt/legging ensemble is kinky then I do have a kinky side lol. I do enjoy wearing things like that as long as it does not get into chains with leather or rubber haha. Yay for a kinky side.

I voted "a bit" because we do use toys some, but nothing too outrageous.

I definately have always been adverturous, but more of the "places" if you know what I mean. I'm confident as well, so I have no problem with certain things that I find to be sexy, or would feel "different and sexy".

I also would admit to slight kinkiness, the "can't see" situation of being blindfolded, if only I could get him to try it haha, and other mild sides of being adventurous... I think there has to be an element of "sexiness" or raw desire to be either.

I would say on the lower end of "a bit" because we've never done toys, or tied each other up...but I am thinking maybe one day. I've done lingere and other sexy things, but that's it...SO FAR!

Sometimes I feel really kinky just because of how much I enjoy sex - even when it's really vanilla. Probably thanks in part to this forum, we are quite open-minded about stimulating any and all of our body parts (I mean myself and my husband, of course, since my sexual self-appraisal is necessarily connected to his.) Previous partners have kept all but the most conventional erogenous zones off-limits to me, so I appreciate the openness of my marriage and will celebrate it by calling it a bit kinky

                Soooo ... "a bit."

Do thinking about fantasies of any kind count? Because it sounds like a lot of this has been physically done.

I guess I consider something to be "kinky" if you think that a fair number of other people might be shocked. I'd count things you would like to do, even if you don't happen to have the opportunity. I know its a vague question.
