    husband premature ejaculatiopn

    Hi
My husband and I have been together for 15 years. Recently he prematurely ejaculates every time we have sex. He use to be able to go a normal amount of time, but now within two thrusts he is done. I dont know how to approach him on the subject. I dont want to embarass him. I need suggestions.,
    thanks
    hugs and god bless

Are you aware of any change in his masturbation habits? Any medical issues? Medicine changes?

This type of stuff can happend to all guys at some point. You just need to be concerned if it becomes a persistent problem. Try being on top. May guys last longer with the woman on top.

If it continues, you need to talk to him. Don't bring it up right before or after sex. you need to be in a neutral zone when discussing things like this. Start off my telling him how much you love him and and how much you enjoy sex with him. Then ask him if there is anything you can do to make him last longer. Ask him if there is anything bothering him like work, etc. Does he feel performance anxiety. etc. Don't be accussatory. Bring it up as an issue that you both need to work out together, not just something he needs to fix.

*Amber : just ask your husband to calm down(mentally and physically) and if he masturbates frequently then tell him not to do so. when you both do sex, change different positions and the most important thing is 'BREATHING'. if he feels like he is climaxing. just remove his penis before he do and tell him to calm and breathe. relax abit and then start again.in this way he can last longer. in the meantime he can even give you oral

P.S : Try 'PRANAYAMA'(search wiki if you donno). helpful or both of you.
