I know the question was directed at women, and I'm answering from the reactions I've gotten from women. Seeing me erect when also seeing me naked for the first time, no woman who entered my life this way has looked shocked to see my penis as being extremely unusual. Almost every woman, the first time she saw me unaroused and naked did look shocked. About half asked me this exact question, or one very close to it, always with the same look of concern and almost the same tone of voice: "why is it so small?" There isn't really an answer other than: "it just is."

The variation in size, shape, and features among men is much more apparent when we're unaroused.

I'm generally a grower, but even then I can range from 1-4 inches when limp. Testicles are equally bizarre.

My husband is definitely a grower haha and that seems to be the majority in this thread. I mean, going from like 1 inch to 6! but it could also be that he is a bigger guy (my teddy bear) and maybe that plays into it a bit.
