Can't regular 'grinding' (for want of a more suitable and ideally medically expression) lead to cancer of the cervix? I heard that was a risk to girls who start having sex at a young age (early teens I suppose would be considered young).

When I was a teenager it was painful, what did I know? I didn't know how to do it. Honestly there was... blood. Yikes!
