During sex one night my fiance decides that he wants to go down on me. Luckly I just got off my period and I was okay with him going down on me. When he went down on you, he would have tasted the difference. So, the fact that he continued indicates to me that he didn't mind. Oral during light bleeding isn't that big of a deal to, or my husband. I haven't had a period now in months, so it doesn't matter right now, but when I did still get my period, it never kept us from anything.

You were at the very end of your period and so there probably wasn't too much blood. So when he said it was okay for him, I'd believe him and forget about it. Also, he must have tasted the difference between your usually taste and now the aftermath of your menstruation. If he had been concerned about it in any case, he would have stopped. So, don't worry.

I agree with rosekitten on this. The iron in the blood can be tasted, the same as licking a bleeding wound. He had to know or highly suspect.
