If you are not trying to get pregnant then who cares about sprem count. As for the weakness, well after intercourse the mle body releases chemicals that make them sleepy, hence the reason so many of them pass out directly after. LOL But I am of the feeling if everything is "up" for it then why not? The only time my man has ever said "later" is when the friction of too many times in a day has gotten to him. :-) -
My high school coach used to say stuff like this all the time. Except the guy who set the world record in the Long Jump (that was still held as of the mid 90's) had sex the night before he set that record, so I don't know how much truth there is to that belief.
As for sex every day: You should try. It doesn't need to be, but it has been shown to create a better bond between partners and make both people more appreciative of the other person and the like. As for getting pregnant, I'd say sex every day. I mean, you can get pregnant anytime you have sex, just don't use birth control and have at it. And if your husband/boyfriend doesn't get it, ask him how you run an offense in football. Do you go for constant first downs, or only throw hail mary's?Comment

Yeah, coaches might say that.
Because guys trying to get laid, will spend a lot of time chasing girls, which they could also spend in the gym.
In case you have a g/f, you will spend a lot of time with her, which again could be spend in the gym.
Furthermore, too much physical exercise and sex (on the same day) do not go together all that well.
The male body only has a finite amount of energy which can be spent.Comment

MANY...MANY... years ago, when I was trying for my second baby, my husband used to live within walking distance of home, and every day he'd come home for lunch and we'd do it to give me the best chance of getting pregnant...it seems to have worked. :-) Our daughter came 18 months after our son....just like we wanted. I think you should be able to have sex as often as you like as long as it's what you're both happy with.Comment
