Try oral after a shower so she doesn't feel so self conscious.
Tell her that you LOVE that smell and drives you wild.
Try 69ing so she doesn't feel like she is staring into space when getting oral, or tell her to watch you and make eye contact. I'm in a similar situation. There are things I want to do to my wife that she doesn't really want me to do. I'm still trying to talk her into it after 12 years of marriage. There are things she really loves and gets off on, though. I just do my best with those and enjoy them. Until you get her to be able to lay back and enjoy (which may be never) you may just have to be satisfied with kissing her, seeing her face, and doing the other things she feels comfortable with. Maybe even find new things she likes instead of trying to please her the way you want. Find out what pushes her buttons.
